Fire Training and consulting Mission

The mission of our Fire Service and Consulting Training division is to prepare Fire Service leaders, managers and firefighters with the training, experience and education needed in the most efficient, cost effective, and safest manner as possible.

FMCI- Fire Training Division was formed because our team saw a growing need for emergency response leadership, command and fire training in departments around the country and around the world. To address this growing need the FMCI team put together several high quality, affordable programs to fit your individual and department needs.

Instructors and Consultants: FMCI instructors and consultants have been in the Emergency Fire Services, leadership and management field with many years working in emergency conditions. All our instructors and consultants have been certified under the State Fire Training, National Fire Protection association, FEMA and NWCG. Our instructors are also qualified with the college and university system.

Class Sizes: FMCI maintains the most effective student-to-instructor ratio and believes that more personal attention a trainee receives the better quality of learning the skills needed to react in an emergency.
